Why I Built Sales Leadership Group

I have been studying the mechanics of business and human behaviour my entire life. Raised by three generations of entrepreneurs, I learned early on that a company’s success isn't just driven by the boardroom; it requires total alignment from the ground floor to the C-suite. I watched how body language, tone, and genuine curiosity could make or break complex negotiations.

For over two decades, I have applied those human insights to the highest levels of Canadian B2B sales. During my 12 years at CPA Canada, I worked directly with the nation's top accountants, Fractional CFOs, and institutional executives. What I saw repeatedly was that the real barriers to scaling a firm aren't a lack of tools; they are fundamentally human:
